Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, according to the terms and conditions provided for in subsequent articles.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the preceding article, the customer must send a notice of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the products in relation to which you claim this right. The customer must send an email stating the desire to make the return. The communication will have to contain the number of the order, which and how many products he wants to make in case the order is composed of more articles, moreover the customer will have to specify the motivation. The customer care will process the return request and send the necessary information and the address where to send the goods.

The product to be returned must be received within 10 days from the receipt of the above authorization to return the goods. For this purpose we will refer to the date of delivery to the post office or courier.

Delivery costs arising from the return of products will be borne by the customer; the costs of delivery to the customer, as well as any additional expenses and / or taxes indicated at the time of order will not be refunded.



Time and method of refund

Whatever method of payment you used, the refund due, in whole or in part, is activated by the Seller, as soon as possible and in any case within (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verifying the proper execution of your right of withdrawal and verification of returned products.


The Seller will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used to purchase the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller to use a different means of payment and provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order proposal and the person who made the payment of sums due for their purchase, the refund of sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be executed by the Seller, in any case, against those who made the payment.

We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as that of the debit; consequently you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll help you to organise your return including instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn earrings, sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
